Co-Founder/CEO

As the CEO of Upkeep Guys, Ben Erickson brings over 27 years of experience in the building and construction industry. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in estimating, project management, and sales, earning a reputation for delivering exceptional workmanship, reliable service, and strong, long-term client relationships.

Ben's passion for construction began at an early age while working alongside his father on building projects. These formative experiences shaped his strong work ethic, commitment to quality, attention to detail, and deep appreciation for craftsmanship—principles that continue to influence his leadership and business philosophy today.

Under Ben's leadership, Upkeep Guys are dedicated to providing professional, dependable solutions while upholding the highest standards of quality, integrity, and customer service. His extensive industry knowledge, hands-on approach, and commitment to excellence have positioned the company as a trusted partner for homeowners and businesses seeking reliable maintenance and construction services.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Ben is a devoted husband and proud father of two children. He enjoys spending his free time fishing, golfing, playing hockey, snowmobiling, and creating meaningful memories with family and friends. Ben is also passionate about giving back to his community His dedication to faith, family, community, and hard work is reflected in both his personal values and his leadership at Upkeep Guys.

Co-Founder & Chief Operations Officer

Andre brings eight years of hands-on experience in the home improvement and construction industry. His background includes developing a countertop installation business, spending four years as a general contractor, and working as an apprentice laborer under several experienced contractors. Throughout his career, Andre has focused on understanding each homeowner’s needs, creating customized solutions, and following through on every commitment.

Andre believes home improvement is about much more than completing a project. A home is where families eat and sleep, gather for holidays, entertain friends, and create lasting memories. He understands that meaningful improvements require a dependable team with diverse skills and a shared commitment to doing the job right.

As Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of Upkeep Guys, Andre is responsible for developing efficient operations and ensuring that every team has the right people, tools, and systems in place. His goal is to make each homeowner’s experience as seamless and stress-free as possible while ensuring the finished work reflects the company’s core values: trust, clear communication, accountability, and quality craftsmanship.

Outside of work, Andre enjoys learning musical instruments, backpacking, fishing, and spending time with friends and family. Despite his professional drive, he remains grounded and believes that strong relationships, both with customers and within the company, are at the heart of lasting success.

Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer

With more than 20 years of experience in the print industry, Eric has built his career on strong relationships, dependable service, and a genuine desire to help people. Prior to his career in print, he spent over 5 years working in the landscaping industry, where he discovered a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. He believes that listening well, communicating honestly, and following through are the foundation of earning trust.

As co-founder and chief marketing officer of The Upkeep Guys, Eric oversees the company’s marketing strategy & execution, brand assets, and website. He strives to provide homeowners with reliable service, quality workmanship, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing their home is well cared for.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his daughter, being outdoors, downhill skiing, and, perhaps to a fault, cheering on the Vikings. He is also actively involved in his church and enjoys volunteering whenever he can, finding purpose in serving others and making a positive difference in his community.

Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer

Jeremy brings more than 20 years of experience helping individuals and families make sound financial decisions and protect what matters most. Throughout his career, he has built lasting relationships by providing trusted advice, attention to detail, and exceptional client service.

Jeremy believes a home is often one of a family's most valuable investments and that homeowners deserve a dependable partner they can rely on for proactive maintenance, honest recommendations, and quality workmanship.

As co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of The Upkeep Guys, Jeremy oversees the company's financial operations, contracts, and business strategy. He is committed to the company’s foundation based on transparency, accountability, good communication, and client satisfaction.

Personally, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his two daughters and being active in sports and the outdoors. Jeremy is also a volunteer track coach and was a volunteer for Big Brothers and Big Sisters for 15 years, serving on their board for 6 years.
