  • Do You Inspect Our Attic Area?

    We do not inspect your attic areas during the inspection.

    No, our inspections require that you set up a maintenance plan that meets your needs. Home maintenance is ongoing and we believe that to address it properly we need to visit your home at least once a year to keep up with your home’s upkeep.
